Reiki Level 1 - Shoden

Learning Reiki one (Shoden) had a profoundly positive impact on my life and I'm excited to be able to share this with others through this teaching Level one. 

Reiki taught me how to trust my intuition and clair senses, to feel connected to source.  I've learnt how to ground and protect my energy - to know what is my energy and what is someone else's.  It's supported me through challenges in my life, a centre I can always come back to when life feels uncertain. 

Level one is about being attuned to and welcoming Reiki into your life.  It enables you to give Reiki to heal yourself, your loved ones, plants and animals.  Reiki doesn't wear off and you can never lose it.  And of course, you can continue to learn and progress through to level two and Master level over time.
